Ordering custom sportswear can be a complicated process so we have put together some frequently asked questions to help you through the process. If there is something that we don’t cover here, feel free to fill out the form at the bottom of the page or send us an email to info@ensports.com.au

If you know exactly what you want, Click on “TEAM WEAR” button and browse through our various sports and designs, pick your colours, upload your logo and you’re on your way!

Not so sure? Give us a call or head over to ‘Contact Us’ to send us an email and one of our team members will get back to you to talk about your apparel needs. We can create multiple designs for you to choose from and you can customise and change anything as we go.

Yes we can! For a cost we can completely customise a new logo for you.

Yes you can in high resolution JPEG’s PNG’s OR PDF’s. Ideally we prefer ‘vector’ logos to work with as they are the best to use. If you only have image files (jpeg’s, png’s, tiff or bitmap files) these are ok however we will have to re-draw them which will take longer to get the artwork back to you.

Our terms are:
75% deposit when the order has been placed with the remaining 25% due once the order is ready to be delivered or picked up.

We accept the following payment types:

  •  Bank transfer
  • Eftpos
  • Visa and MasterCard
  • Cash

Orders take 6 weeks from the date of the final approval although there can be elements out of our control that can affect this timeframe. These include:

  • Religious and government Public holidays in the respective countries
  • It is highly advice to get in contact with us for your order time frames.
At EN sports we are committed to selling high-quality products that we hope you will enjoy. We are also aware that for one reason or another there may be a need to exchange or return your purchase.

This can be done within 14 days of receipt.
